Once a pipeline has been fully pressure tested and has passed all commissioning testing procedures it needs to be brought into full service. In many cases a pipeline will need to be completely dry, whether this is to prevent water contamination of the gas or liquid the pipeline will carry or it is simply to ensure there is no danger of corrosion of the internal surfaces due to the presence of moisture.
We can provide both desiccant drying and vacuum drying. In terms of desiccant drying we use either a single application at spreads in excess of 9,000CFM and pressures up to 24 bar or we have a range of dryer units and after-coolers offering from 100CFM right up to 1,500CFM.
JMC provide a full range of monitoring equipment during the drying process.
